About 5% of attorneys do collections but they will charge you a retainer
fee in advance and an hourly rate of about $200.00 even if they are not
able to collect. Most are not interested in trying to collect smaller

Private Investigators are experienced at locating people and assets but
will also charge you a fee in advance whether they can collect or not.

Try a collection agency:
Collection agencies usually
just harass your debtor with a barrage of phone calls and letters. This
